Is it a German phenomenon that I still have to wait for Kings of the Sea and often more than a month for the latest Chapter Pack? Are there European countries where you get the CPs faster (without buying them yourselves on the web from a US web store)?

Please tell me about your experiences. If you get the CPs rather fast tell me if you are charged a high or a normal price.

We've received the lastest chapter translated in French (Tales from the Red Keep).

Here in Spain we usually get everything faster than in the USA, don't ask me why. Anyway, I use to buy english chapter packs online and I get them in 10 days more or less.

It depends. Ordering the product in an online shop means receiving the product US release date + 1 week, ordering the product at a local shop (with an US distributor is actually US release date + 2-3 weeks and ordering the product at a local shop with the german distributor is about US release date + X weeks. Where X is easily greater than 3 weeks and usually at least 6 weeks or more.

Personally i choose alternative 1 and 2 so i received my first kings of the sea box 6 weeks or so ago from an online shop and got 2-3 weeks later another product from a shop in Cologne.

I'm in Australia. My local store has the first two CPs in the King's Landing cycle and doesn't yet have the Kings of the Sea expansion. I know there are other stores in Australia that get them quicker but it's always a month or more after they are released in the US. I don't mind too much because they come out just as regularly, just a little later.
