wookieepedia isn't being helpful, it only talks about the corporation in the SWTOR time frame while mentioned it continued to sell weapons during the PT OT and beyond. I need an answer for a plot point in tomorrow's session

The Wookiepedia does list Czerka's HQ during KOTOR as on Korriban. That may not be an optimal location but Korriban is relatively close to the Corporate Sector. Just another thought.

Korriban was supposedly abandoned, a lost world, at the time of the original trilogy.

That refers to the primary headquarters, of course. The Corporate Sector involves many of the galaxy's largest corporations like Kuat Drive Yards and the like, who were long established before getting involved.

Theoretically true, but there are thousands of years between Kotor and the establishment of the Corporate Sector. If Czerka did move their HQ to the Corporate Sector (and I'm not sure why they would in any case) it does not seem feasible that the loss of Korriban would be the cause.
If they even have a single, centralized headquarter I'd imagine it is on either a major Core world, or in some more remote location where Czerka owns the whole planet and can do as they please. I suspect you'll have to invent the details yourself.
Currently playing through KOTOR on my pad and when I was talking to some perticurarily annoying employees of Czerka I believe they told me to go to their headquarters on Coruscant to file my request. Seems like a logical place for their headquarter to be in later eras if Czerka is still around.
