Yeah, absolutely. I mean the level of communication with the customer base vis a vis the delays surrounding the release has been nothing short of stirling. Each day I log on to find yet another post by the guys at FFG providing first rate information about the anticipated release date. I mean, really, I sometimes feel like less would be more, you know?

Imagine you would work for FFG. Would you answer the questions from hundreds of players if you knew exactly that - no matter whether you answer or not - you will be asked the same questions again three days later? Would you answer if you knew that replying anything other than "it's at the shop now" will result in further complaints? It's on the boat since September 12. Unless unexpected problems occur, 4 to 6 weeks later it will arrive at the warehouse. 7 to 10 days later it will be in stores in the US. Would you answer if you knew that people keep asking despite knowing that not even half of the time needed for the boat thing has passed ?

I wouldn't.

But at least give a status update... you don't need to give exact numbers, but give us a reasonable range of release expectancy.

I think FFG should just release a diary about the situation involving all the details. It never hurts to explain something, but of course some people would have you believe most are unworthy of an explanation.
