Time to buy a third showcase for X-Wing minis...
AWESOME OOOOWWW YEAAAH PARTY HARD !!!!
I'm think the tie punisher will have a card to drop two bombs at the same time, probably using the 2 bank template.
Normally I find Joe to be a bit too fond of Capslock but in this instance...
WAVE 7 HECK YES! BOMBS AND ORDNANCE EVERYWHERE! NOW TO WAIT FOR THE INEVITABLE PREORDER!
I love JBR7's positivity!
Who is happy about being able to really build a HUTT Cartel now?

I am not sure what all the fuss is about. I see new ships. The models in the photos I have seen look great.
I never get to play, but I am still amassing ships much to wife's displeasure. While I have no idea what I would do with the new tie other than collect and store it lovingly, I am happy for new ships. I think the K-Wing model looks very well done.
Also, Hound's Tooth! HOUND'S TOOTH!! I have yet to even try my S&V ships, but I really, really wanted to buy the Hound's Tooth from Shapeways, but it wasn't going to happen due to the price. Now I am glad I was able to resist.
Those are some big ships. The k-wing could have been a large base ship. It not much smaller than the aggressor.
Can't wait for all those bombs!
You know I have to admit.
The K-Wing actually looks pretty **** great in miniature form.
I'm liking the K-wing and the Punisher. Clearly they've been designed to take on huge ships. I'm liking the Kihraxz Fighter. It will be a nice addition to S&V. But I'm not feeling the love for the Hound's Tooth. It just looks like flying luggage. I'm sure there's a few other ships that FFG could've done instead.

How many of those other ships were flown by Bossk?

Dunno, don't care. Bossk appears to be PS7. Should he be that good? And is the Hound's Tooth going to be a good ship?
It just doesn't appeal to me from an aesthetic point. I think it's fugly.
After doing a small bit of research, I think we may see these two as pilots or crew with this wave.

Edited by ParravonI've liked every wave because someday, inevitably, there will be no more waves. Here's to making that day a long time from now. Cheers.
Is there a pic of the side, straight on, of the K-wing? What about a direct Top down view? The back? The bottom?
I need more input before I say it looks great, but so far, I like it in miniature! ![]()
I really don't understand the hate. They look really good to me. Best of all they all look unique. In space there is no such thing as aerodynamics and they look like good practical designs for space combat to me.

That's only half true, since structural integrity has to be taken into account, and star wars ships are always finding their way into the skies.
Standard ties aren't meant to go into an atmosphere. I will grant you that structural stability important and is accounted for in these designs.
For me, wave 7 is like having a ugly child: you gunna love em regardless! (Awful, i know)

They aren't? Because they sure do happen to find their way there a lot.
