I have been looking for this for awhile now. i have seen it different times on amazon.com but at the time didnt have the money to purchase it. i have the money now to get it and want to know where i can purchase it. the ones on amazon are WAY over priced. $90 +! Please help me find this. i looked on the website but it says "out of stock". Thanks for your help.

i dont think this helps you, but here in germany the german version of talisman is cheaper then the english upgrade pack ! search for online shops and you will find a cheap one.

Garb what you can while you can. As the number of Black Industries 4E versions dwindle, so will the need for Upgrade Packs to transform it and make it match the FFG 4ER version. Sooner of later, the Upgrade Packs will likely be discontinued... and it has already been MONTHS that the "out of stock" notice has been up. Some of us are already wondering if a new print run will ever come out again.

You can better choose to buy the Revised edition instead of the Upgrade Pack..

That is true, but I think that I paid about £20 for the upgrade pack, and Revised 4th edition would have cost about twice that so it was an easy decision to make. There are still a couple of upgrade packs on the shelf of the local Forbidden Planet store - where I get much of my game stuff -so I figure there must be a fair few still available if you look around. As far as the board is concerned, I don't mind not having an updated one as I have printed out little cut down address labels with updated rules for certain spaces and stuck them to the board where required. I don't think that this effects gameplay detrimentally in any way.

Also, the way I see it expansions that come out in the future will alter the way certain other spaces work anyhow (so more address labels will be required).

Everybody's generally right from what I've seen. I went looking for an upgrade pack to do overlays for homemade cards. Everyone is "out of stock" except the mooks selling for $99+... and one in India that wants $999 for the upgrade pack. Was even in a game shop in Sausalito yesterday and they did a distributor search and couldn't find one in the USA at all.

I believe the upgrade is listed on FFG's reprint schedule.

If there was a way to get the German version her I would do it. I can read german, so that wouldnt be an issue. I know with as lazy as the guy who owns hte gaming store here is Hed tell me he couldnt get it even if he could with a slight bit of effort. I am thinking another copy will rpobally be what I do. like i said the guy who owns hte gaming store here is lazy and i can probally get a real decent deal on it...

We came to the conclusion that if the upgrade pack doesnt have any extras other than pieces that are needed and that. I am going to get another copy of the full game. So if someone could tell me all what comes in the upgrade pack please.

I bought the upgrade pack off Amazon, and went out and bought some Sticker paper to print up some paste-ups to upgrade the board, and now I can't find them. Anyone have the link handy that takes me directly to the pasteups? Please don't link me to a message board where they talk about them, I've found plenty of those. I did find the paste-ups a week or two ago, but now can't find them for some reason. Thanks in advance.
