Hi all,
I'm sure i'd read somewhere that the initial 180 point tournaments were being played on a smaller play area just using 4 obstacles rather than 6. Can someone please help me, i'm starting to think I imagined it......

It said something about only using 4 obstacles for the 'core set only' learn to play rules, yeah. Or at least we hallucinated the same thing if I'm wrong. There was also adjusted rules for the objectives, IIRC.
I think it's a good plan. 180 looks good on a 3x4 area. It give a little more manuver room.

You're not crazy (well if you are, who am I to judge, I'm a madman). The rules mention placing only four obstacles if you're playing with just one core set.
Good stuff, I knew I'd read it somewhere! I've organised the first Armada tournament next Sat in Leicester (England) and I'd put on it we're were playing on 3x3's and someone queried it. I shall update the event listing on Facebook!
