Well, this deck has been through quite a few iterations, but this is the one that I have found to look the most fun. Running mostly off of Death, I threw in some chaos to make up for Death's lack of draw. A few key points about the deck:

  • Low attack line up: 16 out of the 19 attacks in the deck are Low zone. This is a strategy that, while some what predictable, deals a lot of damage. I added in the Double Face Kick due to the synergy it has with kicks, the fact it is a Multiple Throw, and that it is High. If my opponant decides to hold their Low blocks, then DFK is going to, true to its name, hit them in the face. Over all, I really like the line-up. No attack more difficult than 4, great chaining, and some serious damage when combined with some of Jin's abilites as well as the foundations. Spinning Demon, my personal favorite attack, has some particularly deadly synergy with the deck, with some Tech I stole from my Heihachi deck.
  • Characters: 7, I know. But there is a great bit of synergy there. Jin's copies are in the deck for an obvious reason, as Stackability is his middle name. Kazuya is in there for some tech that I think is underappreciated. Namely, Mishima Family Bloodline. Sure, it stacks my character if I block with a Jin, but I can also use it as Draw power on my turn. Drop a Bloodline or two, then begin a building turn with a Kazuya. Instant 2-4-6 cards drawn. He matches all of the symbols I need him to, and if he is in my discard pile, I can easily Hunt him out as a block, or damage bump.
  • Assets: Duh. Death needs speed. Drossel offers. I accept. Ride off into the sunset.
  • Foundations: Lots of synergy here. About half the foundation base is used to fuel All Life is Prey (Need to Destroy+ Presence + Laughter) or bump damage (Merciless Fighter & Brooding). There is also a bit of momentum gen (Offspring, Laughter), as well as building support (Cursed Blood, Bloodline). Easy chaining, even off of Chaos, as 25 different cards share Chaos and Death, not counting attacks. With Jin, playing out my hand is a definite possibility, one that I gladly accept.

Tech: Here are a few combos to discuss. Some of these I have discussed or hinted at, but this lays them out for easy comprehention:

Draw Tech: Mishima Family Bloodline + Character. An obvious combo, but effective considering the amount of character support this deck has. I can start a turn with a Jin or Kazuya, draw up, and keep playing with my now bloated hand.

Destroy Tech: Need To Destroy + All Life is Prey, with Laughter and Presence to help. If I am ever going for a big damage turn, I can easily pop my Need to Destroys, even if the attack has no keyword ratings. Each one I pop gives me a blank foundation for more destruction, as well as a great head start on stacking damage on.

Damage Tech: Spinning Demon + Merciless Fighter: This tech is one of the more powerful that I could find. Beginning with a Jin Form, play a Spinning Demon. If you have the NtDs out, pop them, then sit back and watch your Merciless Fighters do their thing. Assuming you are holding a character, you can pitch it for +4 damage on the Demon. Multiple and E with the Demon for the ability to grab the character back. Be sure to E with Jin (if possible) as well, in order to get all the damage. If the First Demon deals damage, you grab a character, and pitch it again for +4 damage. If you have The Hunts out with more Merciless Fighters, you can pump even more damage out of each one, for the meager cost of committing a foundation. Note that this Tech also works well with DFK, but the recurring takes more setup.

Blocking Tech: Leg Slash + Need to Destroy. Silly, I know, but this tech can shut down certain decks, or massively overcommit others. Block with Leg Slash, Need to Destroy R, Breaker 4. And no loss to your foundation base.

More to come as I test out the deck. Hope to hear opinions, suggestions, the lot.

This deck has fantastic synergy. I love the creative interactions between need to destroy and breaker and its synergies with the rest of the base. Good stuff dude.

After a bit of looking around, I am going to test out adding Tekken Forces to the deck. I was iffy as to whether or not to include it, just because I will probably be building faster than most opponents, meaning that some times it will just be sitting there. It is however, a very nice fall back if I need to destroy a lot, then play another attack. It offers 2 extra foundations to commit for the check, as well as 2 more Laughter Fodder. The thing to watch, however, is makeing sure that they get destroyed before the end of the turn, because I do not want to be RFGing my Character cards.

oh, good catch. Not that it will change anything. I guess my CTRL-V failed me.

Hoping to do some serious testing on this soon. I am looking at my options for a sideboard as well. I think Paid to Protect (best anti-Hilde) and Ka Technique might go in. I also might look at Perfect Sense of Balance, just for these new stuns.
