Why does FFG allow non-roman characters in forum posts, or at least flag those for immediate review. They seems to be getting more of this spam lately.
Spammy Spam Spam Spam
Agreed. FFG needs to clean that up.
I've been reporting it as fast as I see it. I've also offered to be a moderator to help them remove it but no reply to that. Definitely been worse this week.
I tried to report it all but only got half way through when I was blocked from reporting them :-(
I very much echo the sentiment of everyone else in this thread. I to have been reporting as soon as I see, and have asked if they need volunteer moderators and received no response ![]()
That's because their responses are still "on the boat", it's those dang ports man!
I don't think additional reports do anything other than fill up the FFG forummaster's inbox. I don't think it's particularly productive to go to excess.

But as of this post you have 3,094 posts and run an entire holonet...
Well the monitor is most likely an "on the clock" guy and is not at work yet. If you would notice the Spam comes after someone would leave work on the East Coast of the US and they are handled after someone would show up to work at 9am.
Doesn't look like anyone is watching the forum in the off hours. And the spammers know this and are using it.

Well, obviously if I were to report these scurrilous messages, someone would jump out of bed and do my bidding. But I try to be benevolent to my gamemakers, and let them get their rest before heading back to the game mines.

That is because you are -- truly -- a benevolent dictator.
What bug me here is, it took almost a week for me to get approved to post on the forums. These guys come in here with their all consonant user names, and are approved to spama-lama-ding-dong away.
