Hi, i'm new to this game and it looks awsome after the first round i played. But there is one question left that is not covered in the rules nor in the FAQ. Do I have to declare the use of special powers, especially "Mad Minute" before combat takes place or can I use it after i roled the dice?

You always must declare what equipement(s) you want to use before rolling the dice be they weapons or abilities.
