So I'm going to a lowkey tournament at my local store. And I was wondering about this list.

Tie Advanced - Darth vader 29pts

+Outmaneuver 3pts

+Engine Upgrade 4pts

Tie Interceptorp - Soontir Fel 27pts

+Push the Limit 3pts

+Autothrusters 2pts

Tie Interceptors - Carnor Jax 26pts

+Push the Limit 3pts

+Autothrusters 2pts

Total 99pts.

Alternatives I have considered is to drop enigne upgrade on vader and changing outmaneuver to calculation. And then giving Carnor and Soontir stealth device.

Any thoughts?

The classic Three Amigos is a fun list. If you find that you're having problems getting Vader behind your targets, trade out Outmaneuver for Predator. Either way, keep EU on him. Jax is a pain in the butt to play against if you can keep him in R1 of your targets without getting blown up. If this doesn't play well to your style of play, trade him out for Turr.

Yeah, keep EU. Not only does the Advanced need the boost to its dial; you get some good value with it from Vader's two actions.

I'd also drop Outmaneuver, for either Predator or Lone Wolf.

I'd say keep outmanoeuvre. Your opponents want to kill Jax first, so its trivial to get vader behind them. He should get lots of value out of it. The only time it ceases to be useful is if he's your last ship standing...

I played this last night in a 200 point game. It works really well. Good build.
