Since it's really confusing for new players where block three has a four point shuriken, block four has a five point shuriken, etc should block four be re-named as block five?

Block 3, block 4 etc have only ever been unoffical designations anyway. So yeah, changing to something more intuitive for new players (that we're hoping we get a lot of with the new format) would make sense.

It's official name is Standard format.

But if we really need a name... I could pull off some ideas
