im about to by tide of iron but i was wondering how big the game boreds are

im ust to a big field cause i play games-workshops warhammer and warhammer 40k

ive just been wanting a world war II game for a while

The board is modular in nature. The set comes with 12 basic boards printed with terrain on both sides that is interchangeable (kinda like the squad leader boards). The 12 boards all set up together are a pretty decent size, but not all scenarios require all of the boards. The expansions come with more boards that add to your palette for any theatre you can imagine.

The base set and expansions also come with hex overlays so that you can modify existing boards to suite the scenario.

Being an old squad leader player in the past, I really like this setup better as its easier to see, better in detail and a **** fine value for your buck.

I don't think you will be disappointed.
