In Pegasus, do you include two treachery cards in the Destiny Deck?

You do indeed! Look at the top of the second column on page 10 of the Pegasus rulebook and you shalt find it in bold font. You should add two Treachery skill cards for every Destiny Deck that is created.

Now go forth and add Treachery to your Destiny.
