Missing cards

So I finally broke down and bought a 3rd core box. Don't get to play as often as I'd like but now I can make decks containing 3 copies of cards instead of adding filler cards. So as I'm putting the cards together by race in my box, each race, in the core box, came with 2 of some cards, besides the generics. There should be 3 of most and 6 of some race's cards with 3 core sets. Somehow, I have 5 not 6 of the 2 copies of core cards. One of the 1st two core sets shorted me a 4th copy of these cards as the new core set came with 2 copies of the cards.

If that makes sense, has anyone else come across this? I do have 6 of each generic card so it's only the specific race cards. Missing cards:

Blood Angel Veterans

Experimental Devilfish

Earth Caste Technician

Ratling Deadeye

Infantry Conscripts

Goff Boyz

Burna Boyz

Chaos Fanatics

Soul Grinder

Power From Pain(and event whereas the others are all units oddly)

Eldar Survivalist

Shrouded Harequin

Hadn't noticed because I really only use 1 deck, SM/Tau but got the 3rd core set to expand into another deck or 2.

Speak to FFG customer support, they're supposedly good at fixing issues like this.

It's not that big a deal as I'm not sure I'd build 2 decks, each using 3 copies of cards I only have 5 of, not 6. Missing Goff Boyz was replaced by an AA prize card. Was more interested in if anyone else has come across this really. I'll give CS a call tomorrow. 1st time I've run into an issue in any of FFG's games I play so now I have an excuse to check out the CS I hear good things about!

I wonder if the whole batch was just put together wrong or something. Given the way things like this would be put together, I can't imagine just one box being assembled wrong.

It's easy to misplace/miscount cards with different counts. I would disassemble all my decks and organize all my cards (good to do anyway) to double check.
