Personally, my favorite Star Wars capital ship song is the one from Return of the Jedi right when they plant the charges on the shield generator and Ackbar's fleet warps in.

We always play the Imperial klaxon from the near collision in Episode V anytime ships gets near each other. Just as awesome when almost colliding in X-Wing Epic with 2 CR90s on the table.

It was actually quite simple. The snow is just two bed sheets laying on two pieces of MDF with a gap between the MDF. The bed sheet is pushed down with strips of white card to make the trenches.

The second time we played this scenario my friend had made the shield generator and base entrance and I had brought the turrets so the game looked even better but unfortunately I don't have any photos of that game.
