This must have been answered somewhere but I can't locate it in the rules and a forum search came up empty.. We have completed Encounter 1 of the Masquerade Ball from the base game and Lady Eliza has six wounds. Since she also appears in the second encounter, would she keep her wounds, in the same way that heroes do? Thanks in advance!

Elisa in 2nd encounter is "new" (no wounds or conditions) because she is basically a "monster" group.

Yes- this is true unless the quest special rules state that the LT keeps their wounds/conditions.
