Hello again everyone! It took a bit longer than I thought it would but I have now placed on my site the templates that I used to create my various guides. As I say in each of them I use Libre Office Draw and now GNU Image Manipulation Software (GIMP) to create them, so the base templates are in that format. I also posted PNG and GIF files of the pages and covers and a PDF of the template and two blank pages that should open fine in any software.
