Hello I am a newbie to arkham horror but have just recently bought the main game with all the expansions. Trying to get my head around all these rules hehehe but I have a question.

On the board setup diagram on page 4 of the rulebook it shows the board and how to set it up. Underneath the skill and blessing cards there is a single card here. What is this card as ive checked through the contents and cant seem to find anything. Also it doesnt appear to be part of the investigators inventory. I might be just plain stupid and missing something here lol but if anyone could tell me what this card is that would be great. Thankyou very much.

The Blessing and Curse card are the same card. One side is a Blessing and one side is a curse.

You must be mistaken i think. The curse cards have a big red dice with the number 6 in the middle. The card on page 4 underneath the skill and blessing cards on the board setup page does not show a red dice on this card. It shows like a small box at the top and underneath lots of text. It is not a curse card. Blessings and curses have a dice in the middle of the card so what is this card????

Hunh. I think it's the text side of the Bank Loan card, with what appears to be some defunct margins ("Bank" is on TOP of "Loan" in the title block). But the main text of the card seems to be the same: one sentence (Gain $10...), then two paragraphs (Upkeep and Any Phase).

Forget about it, Joe90bigrat90. I'm looking at the manual right now, and all card backs are accounted for. You're not missing that card, because there shouldn't be any card there. I'm pretty sure FFG just missed it when they were finalizing that picture. (FFG does not have the best track record when it comes to game manual proofreading.)
