This is a turn 2 play:

Searching for Family F, Side Flop, Evil Sparrow (ditch for no progressive), Samba (Genius Alchemist, grab Side Flop), Side Flop (Genius Alchemist, grab Evil Sparrow), Evil Sparrow (ditch for no progressive), Frantic Search, Fruit Picker for 12 damage.

So a potential 27 damage turn 2 for making nothing higher than a 5, then a 6 for Fruit Picker. Turn 3 you can get a lot more potential damage, which basically translates to a dead opponent.

Stop being creative and making things work =/

Also, although I know you said she doesn't need Path of the Master, Path will make that Picker a kill, especially when people are likely to fall for various Samba traps.

Also, your strategy can only be made better by One with the Rhythm.

Fruit Picker says (Action, Kick), so I'm pretty sure you meant Search -> Sparrow -> Picker. Doesn't change the checks though.

LOL I've been playing it backwards then. I'm such a Combo newb. Every time I get confused I should read Knight Breaker and that helps (because people use Midnight Launcher immediately before it).

But the important part is the checks.

I've been thinkng about a deck with striking thunder added into christie. Combo striking thunder with a lunging brush fire = 2 chances of getting it into your momentum. If the 2nd one works, then you will beable to use Striking thunder enhance the same turn. Seems to me right now christie is still weak due to easy amount of momentum discard. Also be afraid of king support esp that E(4+) This attack gets -x dmg x equals the amount of momentum discarded by your opponent this turn.

Christie shouldn't need to discard a lot of momentum. However, a single One with the Rhythm has basically an effect of "For the rest of this turn, every time your kick attack deals damage, your kick attacks get +1 speed for the rest of the turn and your opponent discards the top card of their deck". When you see it this way, you don't need to discard more than 1 (and also, it's infinitely better than Capoera Style).

I still think Evil Sparrow is the best thing to happen to Side Flop and Samba since Slippery Kick.
