Can Best friends give a stun ratting to a card that has no stun rating.

I'm pretty sure yes. Works the same way with giving a card multiple. You have to enhance to give it stun, or multiple, and then enhance with whatever you gave it afterward. If the card already has stun, I believe you can still give it stun, but it has to be enhanced a second time. That's what I've been told at least.

Best friends si different from things like Meat Eater. Best Friends just increases the Stun Rating on a card, it does not give the Stun keyword. Basically, when you play the E on Best Friends, it first checks to see if the card has Stun, then, if it does, it increases the Keyword Rating.
