Ok I see the differance now. But how would that not be more broken then FT. You play FT, I draw 4 cards and ditch one to negate it? If anything a reprint of Rat Chaster would be better, you can draw but I get to draw also. Not I'll draw a bunch AND stop you from drawing.

Well it would require a card to "stop" the draw as well as the card to "draw". I am not saying print both on one card.

What do you guys think of a Instant Success type of card? After your opp plays an F, destroy that foundation.

Memories that Stain its Armor is close enough for me. And like someone else said MAC stops FT (forgot about that one). I think there are enough answers to it and there are ways to adapt to play around it. FT is a good card but I see no need for ban or errata.

You are almost right....because two negatives make a positive...

You are wrong on both counts. Standoff does NOT trigger Torn hero....FT does not trigger Soul wave, etc.

Yeah that's not how it works. For those cards your not committing or discarding cards from your opponents effect your paying a cost to negate the effects. So anti-discard doesn't work against FT, Torn Hero doesn't work against Stand Off.

Confirming, though I'm starting to think maybe that should be reversed considering how strong Stand Off and Financial Trouble are.

I knew I wasnt the only one confused lol. Financial trouble would still be played if discard hate could hit it, just like people will still play the attack wipe the floor.

play Patriot Games Call financial troubles, cause FT to commit, there no more FT troubles since it can't ready. problem solved.

don't algol assets stop a player from drawing and have a built in rat chaser as well. wow algol is pimp right now i promise you he is too good.
