I was SO looking forward to coming home to my new Reaper pack to add to the main board, and opened it with excitement only to find it had 2 miniatures of the Merchant, and no miniature for the Dark Cultist.

I have emailed FFG, so I will have to wait for an answer. I bought it from eBay, but the box was brand new with its wrapping still on. I am SO disappointed. Anyone else had the same thing?

IIRC, I had 2x Merchant figure, but no Merchant char card. I had 2x Knight char card. Upgrade had 2x Assassin and missing one figure. Thaadd got everything sorted quickly .

What do you mean by "Thaadd got everything sorted quickly"- what does Thaadd mean? How did it get resolved? Did FFG send you out the correct pieces?

At the bottom of the page, there is a link to "User Support", just click and follow the trail. It's at the very bottom, dark grey on black, hard to see, but it's there.

When i bought for the first time the 4th edition revised, i ended up with 2 ghouls !

When i bought for the second time the 4th revised base game, i ended up with 2 minstrell's !

I have call my game shop here in this city, and i have change my miniatures there in his shop..

This is the reason why i never buy talisman 4th edition games on ebay...

It seems that FFG can't count figures... ( no offense, but how many people end up with double figures !

This may not be possible ! The shops here are tired of it...

Luckily, everything was complete in my reaper expansion...

I sent him the link to the photo just in case he did need proof, which is why he commented on it. It's great they will just send a replacement out to me. Now that is good customer service!

Just posting to say I received my replacement Dark Cultist figure in the post this morning- YAY!! My Reaper pack is finally complete!

Thaadd was great. She emailed to say she was posting the figure the day before she did so, and it came nicely wrapped and protected. Ok, FFG seem to be making this mistake a fair few times it seems, but at least Thaadd provides excellent customer service for them, which (almost) made up for the cock-up.

Oh happy day!

Soon you can judge yourself if the DC is overpowered or not .

She has moved up the stat-chart of late, but then again, so has the Wizard (DC, Wizard and Troll are now tied for the 2nd spot in my ranking after 52 games).

Top spot is held by the only character to have a winning record after 9 games (or even have a 50% record). Since we play 3-player mostly, each game will result in 1 win and 2+ losses, so having a win-loss record of 50% is quite a feat. Just the other day had a game where 1 char got a win and 5 got a loss to their record (nobody finished with the char they started).

Anyway, the top dog is our all-time most hated character, the Sage (aka the Philosopher from 2nd edition, they are pretty much the exact same character), at 5-4 (win-loss). That's even after he got PvP'd about 9 times in his last game by the Swashbuckler and Amazon, who wanted him DEAD! Sage has won after getting Toaded and he has won as a mid-game replacement (first char to do so IIRC).

Hmm, yeah he's understandable to take it.

I think personally the Dark Cultist is higher on my list, but the sage would be close too.
