Who is winning Tekken pre-releases?

Financial troubles + the entertainer = Dumb in pre-release either you stop your opponent from drawing(having no blocks) or you let them draw and take many other attacks to the face after being stunned to death

Err... I just used Unknown Son + blocking, and patiently had my opponents deck out from over drawing off the financial troubles.

you got lucky then because two of the people i played against had over 45 card decks.....we usually play with 6 packs instead of 5 so its a little easier to do that

I can agree with that.

We have two different shops that do pre-release. The one last night (Canadian Pre-Releases were delayed 1 week), was 6 packs, no resource restriction, 30 card minimum. While players "slimmed down" their decks, and pulled Christie - I stuck with the 6 handsize, 30 life, and played with all 60 cards.

Sunday is my shop where we actually draft the boosters, and resource restriction must be followed.

We'll see how that shakes out.

Yeah, 6 hander ftw! (except during Set 10 - Leona for the LAWLBROKENSAUCE!)

I can definitely see Unknown Son as a good card given the format. Yeah, Financial Troubles needs to be used intelligently, but using Open Road to delay milling?

That would be good if they got open road in their packs / got it into play.

Even though we do 6 packs, we still draft 'em.
