Does the extension include all cards needed to replace the old used cards from the original game? Or it only adds the new cards, and we need to buy the original games again?

What exactly are you talking about? ^^ Of course the expansion doesn't include all the cards from the base game, but the new stuff is simply added to said.

May I use some content as news skills, crisis, destinations cards and characters from the pegasus extension with only the core game or i should use the pegasus board.

You can use the new stuff, though you'll have to be careful. The more new stuff you bring in, the better off you;'ll be (though New Caprica is definitely optional no matter how you go).

Having played through several times, it is my opinion is that for the first game with Pegasus you should include

1) All new standard characters, 2) All new skill cards and attendant rules and 3) Pegasus itself.

Those components are a natural grouping and are really required to work together and they add in a a lot of options in a simple chunk. You can get used to the fundamental game changes (new skill cards, execution, new characters, treachery and reckless checks) without the more complicated stuff.

Then the next game add in Cylon Leaders to learn those rules (these form a separate group since the presence of a Cylon leader is not guaranteed in any game, then the game after that try using New Caprica.

Once you have tried all the bits then the only decision after that is really optional is whether to play going to Kobol or New Caprica. Cylon leaders are a personal taste and so if a group doesn't like them then they do not have to pick them and if they do then they are there.
