Response: After an opponent pays gold to marshall a character, put that gold on Joffrey Baratheon. (Limit once per round.)

Question: does he move gold token to the treasury in taxation? Tywin's not. What about Joff?

Same as Tywin, but you cannot use the gold on Joff to marshal.
