You'd have to get express permission from FFG for everything from the game in a graphical sense (all card, box, icon, graphic art, etc.).
I think forums would be a mistake. This is the first place new players to the game are going to go. Removing the most active players/posters from this site would be a mistake, and I'm certainly not going to post on two sites every time. I think a deck builder, searchable card database, links to FAQs and a place to comment on decks would be excellent.
In the past on both of the the other LCG boards there have been people quite critical of various design, game, and business decisions FFG has made and they have to the best of my knowledge never censored anything. They do maintain the ability to remove posts that violate the board rules, but that has much more to do with civility (no racist/sexist/etc. images, posts, or blatant and unrelated spamming etc.) than an attempt to control their public image through banning or censoring.
