Does anyone know if ALL of the NON-UNIQUE upgrade cards that are in the core set are ALSO found in the wave one expansion packs? It would be awful if something like engineering team was only in the core set. Thanks!

I think so but not sure yet.

Knowledge based on spoilers in articles, so there may be changes in final products:

Gladiator: assault concussion missiles; expanded launchers; weapons liaison; nav team; sensor team; no chance for more 'core set cards'.

Victory: expanded hangar bay; assault concussion missiles; overload pulse; ion cannon batteries; gunnery team; defense liaison; no chance for more 'core set cards'.

Corvette: no 'core set cards' spoiled; 3 unknown upgrade cards, so there's a chance for officer, support team, defense retrofit, turbolasers, ion cannons cards from core set.

Nebulon: the great enigma: 5 unknown upgrade cards, so there;s a chance forr officer, support team and turbolaser upgrade cards from core set.

Assault Frigate Mk II: weapons liaison; gunnery team; sensor team; electronic countermeasures; h9 turbolasers; enhanced armament; no chance for more 'core set cards'.

SO: the only core set upgrade card not doubled in wave one expansion are engineering team. There's a chance they will be included in Corvette expansion pack.

You can't not buy the base box. Excluding after market stuff you could maybe eventually pick up, you would not have a damage deck

The unique upgrades are the unique commanders. Since those are unique, it does not matter if they are printed somewhere else. Non-unique upgrades like engineering crew are more valuable to be reprinted.
