I played General Weiss, two Elite Stormtrooper squads, and a regular Stormtrooper squad and used Weiss' Endless Ranks and two Reinforcements Command Cards to bring Stormtroopers back. Worked extremely well. Here's the video:

I'm loving General Weiss!

That looks really awsome. Trying to think what I would do against it with my current army of choice and I am not sure.

That's a really cool squad. It is good at handling mission objectives because General's Orders gives so much more movement.

As I see it, the squad's major weakness seems to be that it has a low number of Deployment Cards, which makes it possible for your opponent to pour on some late-round damage...if he also has Initiative next round then its possible that Weiss could go down quickly.
