I based the following on the AT-ST Scout Walker found in AoR, page 265. What do you think?

Silhouette: 2, the AT-ST is Silhouette 3. Due to being only 4 meters high and barely 9 meters long I reduced that to 2.

Speed: 2 or 3, I believe the AT-ST moves around 90 KPH but I am not sure if 150 KPH moves that that 2 rating to a 3.

Handling: -2, hovers fairly low to the ground and is designed to carry cargo and personnel. The AT-ST has a 0 but only carries 2 crew and no cargo.

Defense: 0, no shields

Armor: 2, your recommendation

Hull Trauma: 15 seems reasonable, same as AT-ST

System Strain: 12 seems reasonable, same as AT-ST

Crew: Pilot, Co-Pilot/Gunner, Turret Gunner

Sensor Range: Short

Encumbrance: 100 Encumbrance on Top Rack, +80 in Passenger Compartment if converted to Cargo Space <-- this 80 is all or nothing

Passengers: 8 in Passenger Compartment <-- no Cargo can be carried here if there are any passengers

Price/Rarity: 90,000 credits ®/4

Customization Hardpoint: 1

This thing is still quite large. Definitely still Sil 3.

If the AT-ST moves at 90 with Speed 2, I could definitely see the ITT being Speed 3.

Everything else looks pretty good to me, considering. 1 Hard Point looks fair, as well.

The 2 Light Laser Cannons would be Firing Arc: Forward. Pretty sure we all know that, but worth noting.

Otherwise, I like it. Looks to be about what I would have made. No complaints.

I'm looking for stats for an "upgraded" version of this.

I don't like the side racks. They seem like a terrible idea overall.

I'd remove them, increase the interior, and show the handling to reflect the greater weight.

1 Pilot, 1 Co-pilot/Gunner for the forward guns, and 1 Gunner for the laser turret.

Room interior for 8 passengers OR 80 encumbrance, and room on top for about 100 encumbrance.

This thing can't hover high off the ground, maybe about 1 meter, so it would likely be able to be stopped by rough terrain with relative ease. It moves at a decent speed, about 150 km/hour, and can take some powerful hits. Would figure 2 armor. About 10-15 hull trauma and roughly equal system strain.

If anyone has stats that work for this or can find a vehicle in the books that works, I'd be grateful for the guidance. Otherwise, I can probably work on stats after my game tonight.

The side racks work for two reasons given that we're talking about an Imperial vehicle. 1) It keeps the cargo away from the troops inside the transport leaving the interior the same for ingress/egress of the troops. 2) as seen in the Rebels show, it puts prisoners in harms way should someone want to rescue them as they aren't protected by the armor of the vehicle.

The flavor text indicates that the exterior compartments are part of its troop capacity. If that's incorrect, I'm perfectly okay with keeping them and making it about 10-20 Encumbrance per side rack with room for 8 troops inside.
