Well after long talks and negotiations things have been worked out and set in motion. The first attempt at the pro tour thing will be the South Arena Showdown. A great event in the south as those of you who made it last year know. I have a post in the OP section of the forums here if anyone is interested in posting there. We are giving away promos for pre-registration (james hasnt said exactly what promos yet) and there is some killer prize support being given out this year including..

Jay, I am going to run trip arrangements by my crew this weekend to see if we can make renting a vehicle happen. We'll be down there, we just don't know if its the 4 of us or the 10 of us.

Austin's the best example.

While in Indiana, I kept looking for clubs, places to go, etc, only to find out their clubs are all 21+.

Austin isn't limited by any means. It's got something for everyone, has an extremely large university, etc.

Doing my due diligence on this one:

Fort Myers Florida, flights directly there are expensive and infrequent. Landing in nearby and driving is looking like (in all cases) it is more economical and practical for managing time-in/out from my location here in Western Canada.

Can any of the residents give an approxiamate drive time from Tampa - Fort Myers? Miami - Fort Myers? Fort Lauderdale - Fort Myers?

It's 2-3 hours if i recall, from tampa to ft myers; I went by bus and it was a little longer than that. It'd be awesome to see you there dut

we do have an international airport in fort myers to fly into. Southwest Florida Internation Airport. if thats not a go for you then from Tampa 2 1/2 - 3 hours drive depending on how much over the speed limit you like to go. Myself i can make it from Tampa to Naples in about 2 hours. Miami is just across the state from me, it takes about 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get from miami to here, you just come across alligator alley and literally run right into my neighborhood. Fort Lauterdale the same thing but a little further north of miami, if you cant get into Fort Myers directly via plane i would say miami is your best bet...

oh yeah also if you need a place to crash iam offering as much room as i have, i also have plenty of property if anyone wants to bring tents to set up i also have my gaming building out back that can fit quite a few sleepers in it as well...i will house as many as i can fit, and we can all carpool to the event...Ethenis and Alex have been here before so they are familiar with the setting....looking forward to seeing all of you!

Soooo I may go. I was looking into flights and theyre pretty cheap if I go from Detroit (238CDN) or Buffalo (307cdn) ill need to look more into it but... lets see how this goes. OR if i stay til Mon 237 from Buffalo (Half the distance than Detroit)

So looking at it right now the potentially going folks from the Shwa area would be me, my girlfriend, and Mikey... And potentially Shajir if we can convince him to tag along.
