Right now I have the base set, the greyjoy expansion and 3 chapter packs, but I still seem to be coming up short as far as events go. Are there any chapter packs that have a lot of events that I should grab? Or are there only a few events per pack?
Are any of the chapter packs event heavy?
Individual chapter packs generally aren't loaded up with a bunch of versatile events. For starters, events are almost always 1x per pack. And many chapter packs have only one or two different events. The Sacred Bonds pack does have a bunch of events that are "House __ only" so you will get several events but cannot put them into one deck together. The Scattered Armies pack has several events that can be used by any house; they are focused on the Reinforcements theme in that chapter pack (they generally play fine even without building a Reinforcements focused deck).
Check the website that fellow player (and last year's World Champion) Mainn has. It is a great resource as it has spoilers you can read through for the various chapter packs and sets to help decide what you want to purchase. www.tzumainn.com/agot/cards/

Thanks for all the info, it is a shame chapter packs don't come with more events, but I will have to check out the ones that you mentioned. Also those links look like just the thing I need.
I think that the Pack containing the most events is Change of Seasons (1 triple for every House = 24)
You have to remember that events are one of four cards types for a draw deck and most draw decks split half their cards amongst characters and the last half is 1/3 resources with the last two thirds split between non-resource locations, events, and attachments. So a 60 card deck is going to have about 30 characters, 10 locations and 20 cards left which are events, locations with special abilities, and attachments. The average deck runs between 6-9 events, a chapter pack heavy on events would need to be some pretty strong and useful events to make as big an impact on existing decks.
