is there a place or site that has a complete list of all the cards from all the sets

They're missing a few of the promo cards though (eg Path of the Master) and haven't (yet) got the Tekken card listing, but you can find the Tekken cards on coolstuff and the other promo cards by searching through the forums (although the search tool isn't very good) for user-posted pics.

they have UFS selections there and you can also sell your UFS to them. they are up to date on everything
