All cards, plus needed instructions in PDF for implementing them, have been gathered into one archive for download HERE (7.9mb). The archive will remain available at this location for a few weeks or until I get around to any more 4ERR cards.
For any future curious player, I have also included all relevant development articles (as first appeared in my LiveJournal) related to these cards. All previous partial archives and images of initial card releases have been removed and links to them in other "4ERR" topics on the forum are no longer valid.
