Hi, I've been reading the forums for a while now and I keep seeing this card appear everywhere from decks to Q&As but I cant seem to find it at coolstuff or two headed dragon. My first question is what are its effects and my 2nd question is, why cant I find this card anywhere?

It was a promo given out at an event in Minnesota, the only way to get it was to either be there and trade your patches (from events for the preceeding year), or to trade one of the people who were there.

Yes. I ran it in my deck at worlds this year.

The only cards that are released but not legal in decks are demo deck cards.

Wow another playgroup in Texas. That's ridiculous. I think Texas definitely wins with most playgroups.
