I'm going to Regionals. I'm not sure what to play. I'm having fun with some Wave 5 stuff that I didn't get until Wave 6. There are 101 Scum lists that I'd love to get better at or even try out. Still....I think the most fun and exciting tournament list that I am looking forward to is a Tie Advanced list. The question is if it will come out in time? Yes, we don't really know. Well, if it is going to come out, I better practice with it before it does. I'm thinking it might be close.

So, do I risk it and start practicing with it? Or do I go ahead with all the various lists that I'm thinking about taking at the moment? Does anyone believe it will be out by mid-June?

As of today it's still listed on FFG as "At the Printer." Next would be "On the Boat" which usually means 8-10 weeks AFTER that before it hits stores. So little to no chance it's out by June 13th.

Yeah, this. It's not totally impossible for the Raider to show up, but I wouldn't (and won't) be staking my tournament success on its early arrival.

They have a panel presentation at Star Wars Celebration next Friday at 1:30 PM Pacific. I wouldn't be surprised if we get more Raider info there, and maybe the Wave 7 announcement.

It's possible, but in order to be available for a June 13 Regionals event it would have to be on the boat no later than... today, pretty much. And that's with the optimistic 8-week timeline, when as I understand it freight on the west coast is still detangling itself from the shutdown.

Hmmm....now I need to figure out which list I want to play.

I've been practicing heavily with the new Advanced - by practicing I mean having fun casual games with friends, and breaking out the advanced a lot.

I recommend it.

I only have 2 at the moment. I will get 1 more with the Raider that is already pre-ordered. I need one more, but they have been out of stock for a bit. I'll have to check to see if they have come in yet. I've got $10 store credit at one store and that makes it pretty easy to pick up.

With x wing luck you'll probably get armada's raider first.

I'll add that EU_X1_ATC_Predator Vader is godlike, and may be the nastiest thing in the game at the moment.

We will at least be getting a new Ep7 trailer and perhaps some more info on Rebels season 2. I'm still thinking that they may "create" some original ships for Rebels that will make their way into the game somehow.

Episode one of Season 2 of Rebels is being shown to attendees after the two part season 1 finale is screened.

Only have time to commit for epic games from the end of June anyway.
