I can't find a thread that I know exist with answer to my question sorry: Does Oicunn's ability trigger after a BOOST or DAREDEVIL ability? And also does it trigger RUTHLESSNESS? Thanks for the help!
Oicunn Question
It triggers after any maneuver.
Boost does not count as a maneuver so it would not trigger Oicunn. Daredevil on the other hand is a maneuver, so it would count.
However Ruthlessness only triggers after an Attack and what Oicunn does is not an attack, it is just doing damage.
I love how local game groups around the world interpret all these rules so differently. Thanks.
Now my follow up question might be a list thread question but is Daredevil worth it on Oicunn?

It's easy to get confused sometimes, you pull out the maneuver template, you perform a maneuver right? Most times yes, but not every time so it's easy to see why people make these mistakes. Especially when you throw in Daredevil which is a maneuver.

I don't think so myself. You're looking at taking a stress and possibly 2 damage, to do 1 damage to target.
Edited by VanorDMI could remind you that Boost wouldn't help anyway as you can't use it to make an overlap occur.
Use Vader instead

It's at least a lot of fun to run Daredevil + Engine Upgrade on Oicunn. It hasn't proven to be particularly cost-effective for me (among other things, I really wish the 1-straight was a green maneuver for the Decimator), but I think it's at least worth trying out.
In a massive furball game like we sometimes play (4 players, 120 pts each, no teams) daredevil on Oicunn is a blast. Lots of guys out there to run in to, and the higher points means I can spare a bomber with Wingman to relieve stress.
Yeah the basic game rules are easy. The hard part is figuring out these upgrades and abilities.
