on the campaign log for the Empire the sheet has a box for "Ongoing Agendas", with their "name" and "Target". we as a playgroup assumed that this meant the agendas the Imperial player "puts in his play area" for the remainder of the campaign. the "name" part is Obvious then, what we don't understand is the "target" part. can anyone clarify this?

Some agendas can target you or a hero that will last across missions or rounds - so you can write in who that target will be under that heading.

Actually, Weakness Revealed and cards like it choose their target at the time if activation. I don't think there are any Agendas that choose one target and stick with it throughout the whole campaign.

As clearly stated here ( https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2014/11/11/threaten-the-galaxy/ ):

"Weakness Revealed, for example, allows you to choose a hero, and force that hero to deal one less damage when he attacks and receive one less block when he defends for the current round ."
