If anyone has played in a set 12 only tournament ( newFS) would they mind telling me what the shortest and longest games they've experienced/seen are? I'm just interested is all.

Mine is:

Shortest game i've played 2 turns, roughly 1 min 35 seconds ( path of the master Ivy)

Longest game i've played 19 turns roughly 34 mins ( starter cervy vs. starter Ivy)

Shortest game i've seen as above

longest game i've seen rashotep mirror match, went to time, but note that undisputed ruler was used incorrectly as we forgot that throw would regain it's ability during the damage step.

Shortest game is 2 turns, Fire Ragnar vs. Padma.

Longest can't be said as it was against a B3 deck, but went to time after at least 20 turns.

Shortest...well hard to say since many players still do B3 here, but 3-4 turns with me playing astaroth and just blowing stuff away with intimidating presence and Unstoppable warrior to feed his E

Longest: My Yi shan versus a B3 deck,, 7+ turns..

I know this past week a couple of matches at our miniblock event went to time, like (somehow) an Astrid vs. Zi Mei [which switched into James Hata for +9 life] game that went well over the timelimit as Astrid played out her last turn.

Shortest match I've seen, I play First Rite - Cleave - First Rite - Knight Breaker on turn 2. My opponent, Ragnar, turns around and bashes my skull in. I called it an experiment in overextension.

I've played a lot of NewFS games, and I've seen a lot of turn 2 and 3 matches, the average is around 4 or 5 for me, and I've seen a couple of marathons.

Have yet to see any long matches...My store owner was suprised as hell this past week because i kept bringing him the results before time XD

While experimenting with NEWFS, my meta has seen both sides of the coin.

Fastest Game: T3 vs and experimental Hilde Build as Algol. T1, drop Communing, one of the Psudos, Tower-Degredation, and 2 Foundations. Hilde comments on bonuses of 8 card hand size, and plays 5 cards (2 attacks to get things rolling, and some foundations). T2 play Wild Storm, Maliki, and 2 Body of Souls. T3 Hilde. Foundations again, looking for her action, I assume. My T3. Hand full of attacks, plus the Bodied ones from momentum. Attack, attack, out of blocks.

Longest Game: To time, vs Lu Chen. First attack each turn was met with a block, three of my foundations to card pool, and a face down card. Very little in the way of attacking on both sides. One game lasted almost the whole time, with a kill on his part pushing through a Wrath. Just how long of a game was it? The concept of milling with Warrior Poet was a real threat at the end.

we have played quite a bit now and it has mostly been turn 3-5, but we've also seen many turn 2 kills.

also i have a cervantes deck with 8 foundations.

yeah 5 point is awesome.

Shortest game was 4 turns against an Ivy deck. It would have been faster if the Ivy deck pulled more attacks. The longest game I've seen is 12 turns. That's it.

Shortest game I've had in B4 so far as been Turn 3 with Astrid and 20 weapon cards in the discard pile by the killing blow.

Longest game I've had lasted about 30 minutes. Interesting how you can run 20-25 attacks and still not see them in your hand.

shortest match is with matt khols astrid deck which makes no sense for a pummel smash doing 9 damage with free enhances and responses and mind you he had 3 in the card pool.

longest match is with my cervantes deck against a lu chen which makes no sense to play, with no momentum gain for water and good?

Shortest match I've had recently goes to Astrid vs. my Ivy. Turn 2, with one asset and two foundations down, NO action card; Razor's Bite, Evil Sparrow, Evil Sparrow, Cross Style Madness, Cross Style Madness, Raging Gnome, Raging Gnome, Swing Kick - needing a 3, 3, 3, 0, 0, 4, 5, 5.
