Firing a weapon is a half-action. A melee attack is a half-action.
Does dat mean if the character's weapon is already drawn, he gets TWO attacks a round?
If the rate of fire is S/-/-, does that mean he can fire ONLY ONE shot per round, even if doing so is only a half-action?
