i appreciate that, but i do want to go tons of forums that mention gencon. i simple answer of the players name and the prizes would have sufficed.

It's also called reducing forum clutter and not bogging down all these sections with multiples of the same **** question/topic...

You Obviously enter the section for Tournements and it was the first thread. MAkes sense does it not. Tournements at Gen con would Obviously be located there.

Why not just answer his question with a smile and move on? Getting angry at him and starting trouble is not going to erase this topic that he already made. So just answer it wish him good day and move on. You guy's push more people away from this game by being ass hats on these forums. So be civil and get along. If you have nothing nice to say dont say anything at all. That means no angry face's.

Truffles, simmer down a bit. We may have excessive records, but still acting extremely in unextreme circumstances doesn't look well for the team man.

Whatever it is he's trying to do, I can guarantee that at the very least; I was one of those people fighting for it too. Any of the veterans remember the 'dirge' thread from over a year ago? Or the team wars? And what group of people stopped all of that...

Get used to it. No one can seem to post anything on these forums without being verbally attacked by those who think they are higher then God because they had a tiny ounce of power on some old forums. 7 out of the 15 people that are still active in this game doesnt seem like the majority to me. It seems to me your squad ran off the 'majority" but hey im nobody i've only been playing this game since it came out but i guess that doesnt mean much.

So the guy asks how many people and what prizes were at GenCon and you give him a link to a tournament report, a thread about the deck someone built to use at GenCon, a GenCon Twitter topic, a GenCon roll call topic, and someone asking when the next GenCon is and yell at him for not using the crappy search function on this site? Half of those threads had nothing to do with what he even asked about. I looked through all of them and didn't find anything about how many people or prizes (besides "FFG kept the tourney going well and as always provided sick prize support").

So instead of just answering the question you start a two page flame war because he was "boging down the forums" because he *gasp* asked a question that 5 other threads about the "same topic" didn't even answer anyways.

We're trying to get these forums calmed down...I stepped away from posts like this weeks ago and I got continually bashed afterwards, I can only assume that since this is one of your only posts here and you play UFS that you are a friend of dutpotd? He seems to have a lot of friends who want to tear me down. I'd appreicate it if you all would leave our forums so we can get back to some semblence of peace. I realized my ego was getting to big, I'd appreciate it if you all would do the same.

Continue to think what you want about me, it lacks merit...my feelings and thoughts about dut are founded in fact from observing him in a tournament setting and speaking with him in person, did I go about exposing these thoughts in a less than stellar way? Probably; but I will continue to stand by what I said. I will however, go so far as to apologize for my actions and postings as of late, especially to the OP of this thread, I've been angry and it's shown and I've taken it out on those that are undeserving.

To address your initial bile though...the Twitter thread had all the answers if you followed the link to the twitter page, and you obviously skimmed over the others as I know Fairbanks posted what HighJack won at Standard.

Actually I have to clue who you are and I'm not a friend of dutpotd (I know he is on the UFS forums but that's it). I didn't come here just to bash you I don't come here that often, I use to play back when the game first came out and I was just interested in what it going on. I looked at this topic to see what happened at GenCon to kind of see how popular the game is right now.
