When a Cylon leader is infiltrating and the Galactica arrives at New Caprica, does the Cylon leader remain infiltrating (until, of course, they are executed)? This was important in our last game because our Cylon leader was doing their best to help humanity and New Caprica limits how kind a Cylon leader can be when they can only use the "cylon actions."

I would assume yes because the rulebook tells me to treat an infiltrating cylon as a human player until otherwise noted. Then says that all "human" players go to the resistance hq on New Caprica. Just wanted to double check to reassure our decision.
