Celebration Pickup Games with Me!

By KRKappel, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

Hey, guys,

Did you not get a chance to game with me at GenCon, GamerNation Con, or my Chicagoland Public Library appearances? Are you going to Star Wars Celebration? Well have no fear, you'll have a chance to game with me!

Starting Wednesday evening, I'll be running pick-up games with the help of GMPhil of D20 Radio. The times will likely be generated randomly without too much warning, but I will be running my A New 501st module, where you can play through the events of A New Hope from the POV of an elite squad of stormtroopers. I may also debut my the 501st Strikes Back sequel module.

If you want to play in one of these pick-up games, or just catch me while I'm at said game to get one of the Star Wars books I worked on signed (see sig), or talk shop, or just say hello, what you need to do is friend/follow me on facebook and/or twitter (again, see sig). When I feel like running a pick-up game, I'll tweet out a time and location, and the first 6 responses secure slots for the game.

I don't have any official duties at the convention for FFG, so if you want to find me at the convention, this is going to be the best way to do it. I may also have special guests in tow or even at the table for some of these. See you all there!

Definitely gonna look for you

Celebration Anaheim is turning into quite a complex schedule for me. I'll be bringing my AOR module "Guns of Nova Rain" with me. If I have a chance and time to run it, I absolutely will.

Regardless, looking forward to meeting any of you folks in Anahiem next weekend!

Myself and a few player of my main group will be attending celebration with the intent to hold our weekly session while we are there. I would be interested in actually playing in a campaign in this system as I haven't been a player (only the GM) for years. How many would you be willing to run a pick up game for? We have 4 attending the convention.

I'm planning to run groups of six. That's usually what I see GM Phil working with as well. I'd certainly be down to run you four plus two more via twitter. Like Phil, my schedule is fililng up pretty fast, but I think I'm free Wednesday evening, Thursday evening, and probably Sunday evening for those not leaving until Monday. So that's three game sessions. I might find I have a large block of downtime for a session during con daytime hours, but that's unlikely.
