Greetings Rogue Trader fans!

Gen Con 2009 was the debut of the Rogue Trader Core Rulebook, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to get the fans involved in their first steps into the Dark Frontier!

The core rulebook was so popular at the show that we sold out of it within a few hours! I got to sign several copies there at the booth, and we had Commissar Cain and a Sister of Battle on hand to help keep things in order.
I want to give a special thanks to Kai and Jackie Norman for their amazingly well-crafted and eye-catching display. They won an award in the Gen Con costume contest as well (and I say it was well earned!)

I also ran three Rogue Trader seminars throughout the convention, where I was happy to answer questions and give some insight into the creation and future of Rogue Trader . My comrade in arms for these seminars was Tim Hucklebery, who worked on the Koronus Expanse chapter. Tim also has quite a few Dark Heresy credits under his belt!

I look forward to hearing all the exploits of the Rogue Traders and the profit and plunder they achieve whilst exploring the unknown reaches of the galaxy! Keep an eye on your local game store and the FFG website for more information, and remember— Rogue Trader (both the collector's edition and the regular edition) ships out to game stores in late September!
