So, we were playing a long, several year ongoing campaign with characters growing from mere acolytes to the ascended-level badass inquisitorial party.
The setting for our campaign is the isolated by warp-storm from the Imperium sector. Sector is particularly young and has VERY strong Rogue Trader presence (virtually all the nobility is at least related to one of dozen rogue trader families trapped here).
On the other hand, Inquisitorial power here, however strong traditionally, actually quite low. Before initiation of our group's inquisitor, there were only three fully authorized inquisitor, one for each of major Ordos. Every bit of power the Inquisition can lay its hands on, every bit of political leverage, counts.
Lately, our Inquisitor got the opportunity to secure himself quite a big and secret estate and it was decided that it is a great idea to create here an inquisitorial installation.
We have a support of an isolated cult of Mechanicum (actually, the whole cult of Omnissian Apostates, praying to the Emperror not the Omnissiah), which, in exchage for protection and shelter, agreed to build anything we will need here.
I guess it is a good place to hide and secure some artifacts too dangerous to keep at our ship (yeah, we have a local Battlefleet cruiser on our hands as a base of operations, thanks to some political machinations).
I was thinking it as a base for our acolyte network.
Maybe, manufactorums to have them supplied with some basic equipment.
Of course, librariums with whole armies of adepts, for research and investigations.
Training facilities for our agents.
Acquire Imperial Guard regiment for protection.
What else would you have at inquisitorial citadel if you had a chance to build one? Any ideas, even most ambitious ones helps.
Our Ordo Malleus Inquisitor is somewhat puritan, amalathian type, grown from cleric. A warrior, renowned both for his martial skills and pure, fanatical faith.
P.S. sorry for my english, not my first =)
