(Genius Alchemist also makes this dumber.)

Maybe. I mean, your opponent's next turn is gonna be clogged with cards, and god forbid they try and attack and you have ANY Know When to Talk out, since you'll most likely end their turn right there.

Also, as your attacks will be getting easier, feel free to spam out more attacks if you have them before Wrath of Heaven-ing them into oblivion.

Wow that is a nice deck. How do you compenstate for have so few jolly and gloomy sides or are they dead by that time.

Well, possibly. But you only need 1 of each, and at the beginning of the game you take one of them and attach it to your character card. The only real way to lose is to have 2 of 1 of them removed from game so you can't attach it when you go to below 10 vitality.

That's what I was wondering about. By some chance you end up using 2 of one them for checks what would happen? Would you be under the gun to finish or can you finish the game turn 3 or 4?

Really depends if you get the pieces you need. With a 7 HS you should be golden, but you never know. Other decks out there hit you HARD by turn 2-3, but the combo can come together quite nicely by T3 or 4.

And really, pulling off the combo will net you an extra turn to finish them because of how badly Wrath screws them on their turn.

I'd say you should add Torn Hero -- it's a 1/5! Lu Chen's foundations seem kinda janky... what does Venerable do for you exactly? Warrior Poet similarly seems kinda weak (and those 4ccs can easily bite you in the ass, Mr. "my finisher is 10 difficulty")

If you can get it, I'd swap out up to 3 of the Robes of the Grandmaster for Tira's weapon -- which sports a 5cc, +2M around its free speed pump. Both are Unique, tho, so a 2/2 split might be better despite the worse stats.

I think you're allowed to check anywhere for Jolly/Gloomy -- your deck, your discard pile, your RFG even. As long as you have 1x Gloomy and 1x Jolly on your deck list, you're fine for switching. Tira can build 57 card decks :)

GREAT idea on the Tira weapon, didn't even think about it. +2 speed from each sounds insane to me.

Great Teacher makes my Reversals easier to check and Venerable makes my foundations not count towards progressive difficulty. So, Wrath would actually be easier to check. :D

Well, I don't usually play foundations before I try to kill someone, so I don't see too much value in Venerable :P . It's a 2/4 without a block; it interrupts your combo string (it'd look like F-F-F-1st Reversal (for 6 or 7) -Venerable-2nd Reversal-3rd reversal-Wrath for 11); and it leaves you really vulnerable because you played out much of your hand and risked tapping more foundations for that first attack. And on top of all that, you only get it once.

Great Teacher != Warrior Poet, if you can make Great Teacher work then more power to you :P

It's a nice idea... but the abilities on Venerable and Great Teacher are enhances... SO you'll have to play and attack, use both enhances... then play two reversals for -1 diff then -2 diff... then you can play Wrath of Heaven, but because it's not a reversal it'll be an eleven diff... that is if you didn't discard the first attack with Tira. Seems kind of hard to pass the checks...

You use Genius Alchemist and another Ivy support card so that cards don't count for difficulity.

This deck idea seems similar to a deck I am working with now, off of Life. Running Ice Coffin(the asset), Alchemist, Lowdown Nebs, Evil Sparrow, and Earth Divide. Throw in Robes and Drossel for speed.

Evil Sparrow, E or Alchemist, Evil Sparrow, E or Alchemist, Neb, Alchemist, Earth Divide, Ice Coffin E, Multiple 1, Ice Coffin E.

Total of 2 7M3, 1 9L1(+3), 1 13H13, and 12H13 = 36 damage all at way above average speed

Able to go off T2 or T3 depending on momentum gen. Still working on that part though.

I like the janksauce with Wrath of Heave n , man (I'm making a deck very similar to this, so I guess we think alike XD). But I have some questions regards ...And When to Fight . Have you ever used it? The only cards I see that generate face-down cards in your card pool is Warrior Poet , and IMHO that's not enough to justify its use.

Know When to Talk... is one option for putting face down cards into your cardpool, but that is only after blocking an attack.

Master's Challenge is another option, but it is an action, and as such, difficult to play later in the turn.

But yes, face down generation on your turn is difficult to get as of now.

The reason I look to Earth Divide instead of Wrath is simply that 6 Difficulty for 13 (or 26) damage is much better than 8 Diff for 12 (or 24) damage. With all the free or cheap speed bumps, I don't think the +2 speed on Wrath would justify the Mid Zone. True, with the Combo E, when your opponants turn starts, they have 3 face down cards in their card pool, but honestly, if they have a next turn, you have failed.

I still have a bit of work to do on my idea, and I hope Tekken brings in a bit of support to Life in the form of Damage or Life gain. Be sure to report how the deck performs if you get a chance to play it.
