What was the SC4 Pre-release promo?

Some Nightmare Action...It's effect was something along the lines of when you would detroy a foundation you commit it instead. 3/5 don't remember block but im pretty sure it had one.

that's an awesome promo... and so is the Shadowar one... I'd much prefer to play the Shadowar one because I don't tend to play with self-destructing abilities
