The assassin ability states that it works against "a" creature or enemy. Does that mean you can not use if you draw to encounter cards that fight at the same time?

The Assassin can assassinate also enemies or creatures that combines they strength.

You only need to be stronger than they combined strength total to assassinate them.

So if the combined strength is 9 ( dragon + hippogriff) then you must roll higher than 9 to defeat them(enemie does not roll a die..
