The Mist Hunter isn't in Wave 2!!!

Does this mean we are never going to see Zuckuss' ship in Armada?

Honestly, i didnt notice. While the Mist Hunter is a pretty "meh" ship, Zuckuss and 4-LOM are way cooler than Dengar. Should have done them in place of Punishing One (which is also incredibly "meh")!

Plenty of waves to go.

Zuckuss and 4Lom both are absent from X-Wing and IA discussion as well. I have a feeling they will show up at some point, but it will likely be a future wave.

or maybe they're being held behind the scenes so that they can make a glorious showing in episode 7

Both are in the LCG for a while now so quite likely they show up.

Well X-Wing has had the IG-200 and Slave 1, but the scum faction is still down one large ship so I suspect we will see one of the others showing up there, I suspect Bossk's ship. And IA seems to be adding one bounty hunter per wave, IG-88 in wave 1 and Boba in wave 2. As such I suspect we will see more miscellaneous ships added to armada via the freighter route, my only concern is when we will see some actual Imperial ships added to the freighter squadron class.

Before Armada came out I scoured Wookiepedia for info about the bounty hunters' ships, to see how they might turn out in X-Wing, and Extropia is right, it's a pretty pathetic craft. It would probably be like 2/2/3/3 with a crew slot, on a small base.

It might be more interesting in Armada, but I suppose they wanted to balance the Rogues pack with 4 ships per side (and they already had to make a reach for the 4th Rebel ship). The Mist Hunter could have been a 9th ship useable by both factions, though.
