There's a very detailed description but I can't seem to find the map. Was it never included?

Anyone have a link to a map? Or what did you guys use?

I know at least two sets exist; one by a poster on these boards, another from a blog. I can't remember where exactly, but I have the latter uploaded.

I have some on my website (in my signature) but assuming the ones Snidesworth posted are the other set (which I have also seen) the other ones are frankly.. better.
