Who do I need to contact about a missing piece in my Doom expansion set? Looked around the site but must be missing it.
Thanks,

As far as I remember - I've missed some pieces as well so I did this some time ago - you have to use this --> http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_atencion.asp and contact the customer service.
And try to be patient! FFG has always come through for me when I've had a parts problem... but they aren't so big on letting you know how the process is going. Perhaps that'd soak up too much time. Anyway, the last time I had a problem I received only the automated email acknowledging my email... and then silence. But after a week or two, the piece showed up in the mail. I actually have a parts problem with THIS game right now and I'm just sitting back and hoping that the wheels are turning and a surprise will show up in my mail soon.
My green marine—whom I've had since '04 and has been through Hell and back—went MIA after I loaned the game to a friend. Thaadd was very quick at sending me a replacement. Came with a neat hand-written card, too (thank you, Thaadd)!

Thanks guys. I don't mind silence when somthing is actually getting done and I have heard nothing but good about FFG's customer service. Many companies you get silence and no replacement parts!

After preaching patience, mine is starting to wear thin. I send in a message to customer service on August 5th and I haven't seen or heard a word. If I knew something was going on, it wouldn't be so bad, but the silence just kills me. FFG has always come through before but... well... come on FFG! Throw a guy a bone here!
Trump, that must be holydays time for them or something ; or the place you live in is a bit far ; or you talked in Cthulhu-fagn-like tongue and they didn't get you. But as Tibs said, there is a woman, over there at their customer service office, called Thaad Powell, (you might see her on the GenCon vids) and believe me, she's brilliant, nice and all. I'm not preaching or anything, but I too work in a huge company's customer service, and I find her method very professional. In Miss Powell You Shall Trust ! Don't get desperate ! You'll get your part... or is it you may have asked for a whole and unrealistic replacement !?
Yeah, I know about Thaad. It's just that no matter how nice she is, if she doesn't get the email, she can't do anything. And we're always left wondering if she got it. There have been a lot of conventions lately so perhaps that's slowing up things.
As for unrealistic, I don't think that's the case, but if it was, surely they'd send a little email saying they wouldn't be able to help me.
I'm sure it'll all work out fine. It always has before. These long silences are just painful.
Yes! Thaad sent me an email today saying that my missing pieces are in the mail. Woohoo!
That is great!!! I had a problem with a Battlelore game missing a piece during the transition between DOW and FFG. FFG took care of it no problem. You guys have great customer service!

As long as they have the piece in stock. Unfortunately, they are out of the dice-replacements, and mine have faded quite a bit

I also miss the dice, and if they restock them, I'll buy 'em.
Missing pieces arrived today. Hoorah!
